What is RSS?

RSS software automatically checks your favorite websites for new content, so you don’t have to. RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication—an easy way to have the news you care about delivered to your desktop.

How does it work?

To receive RSS feeds, you need RSS software, called a “feed reader” or “aggregator”. You can subscribe to a specific feed by entering its link into your feed reader.
