Welcome to the EUMEDGRID-Support User Forum
The EUMEDGRID-Support User Forum, organised by the EUMEDGRID-Support project and co-located with the EGI Technical Forum, has been held in Lyon, France, 22 September 2011 (14:00 - 17:00 CEST) - 23 September 2011 (9:00 - 12:30 CEST). (More details on the venue available here).
The User Forum has showcased the most relevant scientific and technological results achieved by Virtual Research Communities supported by the project and those existing around the world and has been an occasion to discuss policies and plans for the long term sustainability of regional e-infrastructures in the Mediterranean area.
The event has brought together a community of researchers, developers, practitioners, service providers and users involved in Grid technology and Distributed Computing Infrastructures (DCI), as well as policy makers and government representatives.
- Call for papers: Call for papers has closed on the 29 July 2011. The selected papers will be published in the User Forum Proceedings. The deadline to submit the full papers is THE 10TH OF OCTOBER 2011.
